Tomorrow is the 4th of July! I haven’t done a blog post in a while. I’ve been traveling lately, and if you have been away from home for awhile, you understand how it is. I am back, and will share some of the stories another time.
I must say, I’m grateful for all of you who were still reading and subscribing to my blog even though I haven’t been active for a bit. You guys are awesome. Thank You so much!
I want to just take a second any say that I appreciate all of our founding fathers who died to obtain our independance. I can’t imagine what it must have been like to live back then, since we have all creature comforts and freedom to go to the store, when ever we want. Can travel where we want, all kinds of freedoms that those in other countries do not have.
I beg of you though, that as we do fireworks, to please watch your children while playing with the fireworks. I am so afraid of them. I know others are not, probably because they havent seen one hurt your child or grandchild. I’m not saying don’t do them, I’m just saying don’t be drinking and putting off fireworks at the same time.
My grandson got hurt one year and Mommy and Daddy were right there watching, not drinking, or clowning around, just purely an accident. I prefer to let the professionals to do the fireworks.
Watch how long you leave your food outside on this holiday too! We don’t want any food poisening going on. Talk about how to ruin a holiday!
So, with all that said, enjoy the 4th and I’ll say farewell for now.
